Engineered Across Industries

Aviation remains an important part of KOMMIRA, but our work extends well beyond it. We explore opportunities in tactical equipment, unmanned systems, industrial applications, and other specialized fields. Our focus is simple: identify overlooked problems and create better solutions through thoughtful design and modern manufacturing.

Hello!

KOMMIRA was built from a passion for creating, experimenting, and finding better ways to solve everyday problems. Each product is developed through hands-on design, prototyping, and refinement.

As the company evolves, we will continue exploring new ideas and applications without losing sight of what matters:

Thoughtful products. Real problems. Better solutions.

" A signal of thoughtful resolution. "

Modern Manufacturing,
Applied Practically.

Our manufacturing approach gives us more flexibility in how products are developed, tested, and produced. Rapid prototyping allows ideas to be refined quickly, while additive manufacturing supports complex geometries, specialized materials, and efficient low-volume production.

Engineered Across Industries

Built from an aviation background, KOMMIRA develops specialized equipment and functional solutions tailored for pilots and other professionals. By integrating advanced manufacturing technologies, we create products with greater freedom in design, performance, and function.

Passion and precision.

Each product begins as a prototype refined through multiple design iterations. Every detail is tested to meet our strict standards before reaching you.

Resin 3D Printing (SLA)

- Ultra-high detail and smooth surface finishes
- Ideal for complex geometries
- Excellent dimensional accuracy

Resin SLA (Stereolithography) printing uses a high-resolution UV laser or light source to cure liquid photopolymer resin layer by layer. This process enables exceptionally fine surface detail (20 µm), tight tolerances, and complex geometries that are difficult to achieve through conventional manufacturing.

Nylon PA12 ( MJF/SLS )

- Lightweight structural performance
- Excellent resistance to wear, moisture, UV exposure, and chemicals
- Thermal Heat deflection temperature of 175°C/347°F

MJF HP PA12 (Multi Jet Fusion Polyamide 12) is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic manufactured using HP’s powder-bed fusion process, where specialized fusing agents and thermal energy selectively form each layer. Known for its strength, durability, dimensional accuracy, and consistent mechanical properties.

Metal 3D Printing ( LPBF / SLM )

- Metal components with minimal design limitations
- Enables lightweight structures with high strength-to-weight performance
- Advanced materials including titanium and aerospace-grade alloys

Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF), often referred to as Selective Laser Melting (SLM), is an advanced additive manufacturing process that uses a high-powered laser to selectively melt and consolidate successive layers of fine metal powder. The process can produce high-density metal components with lightweight, structurally optimized forms and complex internal geometries that may be difficult or impractical to manufacture through conventional machining alone.

Advanced ( FDM ) Printing

- Strong and durable components
- Compatible with engineering-grade and carbon fiber / glass fiber reinforced materials

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) printing builds components layer by layer using thermoplastic filaments engineered for durability, heat resistance, and structural performance. KOMMIRA utilizes advanced industrial materials including carbon fiber reinforced nylon to manufacture rugged functional parts.

Materials That Earn Their Place

Our growing material library is built through hands-on testing and careful evaluation. We assess each material for impact resistance, cold and hot weather performance, UV exposure, and long-term durability before considering it for use in Kommira products.
